Southmont Elementary School forms a School Leadership Team that is comprised of administration, teachers, instructional assistants, Title 1 specialists,Guidance, EC, and parents. The team meets throughout the year to review student progress and revise goals as well as to look at school safety and communication. The plan is updated quarterly through the use of student data, collaboration, and review of previous goals.
The School Improvement team members are listed in the School Improvement Plan and are voted on annually by staff members.
