About Me

Hello,

My name is Lauren Mininni and I am a Kindergarten teacher here at Southmont Elementary. I am so excited to be here! I have taught Kindergarten for three years, graduating from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I graduated with two Bachelors in Elementary Education and Special Education: General Curriculum. I have experience with grades Kindergarten through third in a general education setting as well as kindergarten through fifth in a resource setting. I have experience with seventh and eighth grade in a resource and inclusion setting, as well as ninth through twelfth grade in an Occupational Course of Study setting.  

I have lived in Davidson County all of my life and have truly enjoyed my time here as a student. I am ecstatic to be teaching where I grew up! I am extremely excited for what this year will bring!
